Why it is prescribed: It probably reduces the pressure in the inner ear by improving blood flow in the small blood vessels.

When it is to be taken:Start the medication with 8-16mgs TD after meals. Maintenance: 24-48mg daily.

How it should be taken: The medication comes in the form of 8 and 16 mgs tablets.

Special Instruction : Inform your doctor if you have asthma, peptic ulcer and phaeochromocytoma.

Side Effects : GI disturbances, headache, raghese piroritus.

Other Precautions : Use with caution in the case of pregnancy and lactation. In the case of elderly, give reduced dose.

Storage Conditions : Store at 25-30°C. Keep away from children.
